Q. I put a job to Sleep, but Tasks associated with it are still showing up on employees' Task Lists. Why?
A. The reason that Tasks associated with a Sleeping Job are showing up on the Assigned Task List(s) of Responsible employees is due to a "catch" that has been built into CurrentTrack. Rather than have an employee put a job that's not truly complete to Sleep and have its Working Tasks "fall off the radar screen," they're still displayed in the various Task Lists within CurrentTrack. What you'll need to do, when putting a job to Sleep, is first double check that all of its Tasks have been marked Completed. This will keep the Sleeping job's information from being displayed.
