Q. I'm entering a color (i.e. Bar Background, Bar Font, Main Link) in Site Branding and it's not the right color when I Log Out and in again. Why?
A. Chances are, you're not entering a hexadecimal color value. Hexadecimal refers to the web-safe base-16 number system which consists of 16 unique symbols (i.e. the numbers 0-9 and the letters A-F). For example, the decimal number 15 is represented as F in the hexadecimal numbering system. If you're unsure of the correct number to enter, talk with a member of your art department.A. We recommend saving your agency's logo in black and white, as you may want to fax a Printer Friendly form at some point in the future. This will make readability better for its recipient. A black and white logo, or one of low color (less than 216), should be saved as a GIF file. This will eliminate dithering.
