Access Privileges: Levels of employee permission - General or Special - set by the administrator of CurrentTrack.

Account Coordinator: Person responsible for providing assistance to the Account Executive in the day-to-day management of his/her accounts.

Account Executive: Day-to-day senior-level agency representative that analyzes client input and, together with background knowledge, field research, feedback, etc., produces full communication plans with budget updates.

Accounting Manager: Person responsible for all administrative functions needed to generate, post and track Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Account Rep: Primary newspaper, magazine or outdoor media representative with whom you're in contact.

Active [Client Folders]: Series of electronic folders containing all jobs and documents relevant to a particular Client.

Active [Job]: Project that is currently being executed.

Active [Job Folder(s)]: Electronic folder(s) containing all project documents.

Ad Cost: Total placement cost for the respective newspaper or magazine advertisement, excluding any Extra Costs.

Additional Cost: Dollar amount required in order to execute a project that is above the original estimated cost.

Additional Stations: Number of stations you'd like to add to an existing Broadcast Media Detail.

Additional Time: Increment required in order to execute a project that is above the original estimated time figure.

Additional Weeks: Number of weeks you'd like to add to an existing Broadcast Media Detail.

Address Books: Electronic folder that contains an overview of Employee, Client and Vendor contact information.

Administration: Electronic folder containing such things as branding, employee information, Permissions and Work Codes.

Ad Title: Name of the advertisement being placed (e.g. "Spring 2003 Image Ad").

Advanced Search (Search): Robust search engine based on a set of criteria (e.g. Client, Job Type, Extensions, creator's name, etc.) rather than simply on Job Title or Number as with the Quick Search feature.

Agency Time Detail: Time Sheet report allowing agency principals and other employees with Special Access to view the amount of time that's been recorded to date.

Agenda: Outline of items you wish to discuss during the course of your Event.

All [Financial Report Summary]: Category encompassing both Active and Sleeping jobs for the year indicated.

Allowed: Field indicating which employees have been given access to specific features.

Amount: Actual dollar figure associated with the number of indicated Hours.

Application: List of available features as outlined within the Manage Permissions interface.

Application Options: Additional interface options that allow users to do such things as Delete Marked Rows, Get Extra Rows and Move Marked Tasks to another Job Number.

Application Service Provider (ASP): Third-party entity that manages and distributes software-based services and solutions to its customers across a wide area network from a central data center.

Art Director: Person responsible for art concepts behind the production of advertising.

ASP (Application Service Provider): Third-party entity that manages and distributes software-based services and solutions to its customers across a wide area network from a central data center.

Assigned Task List: List of project responsibilities and Due dates for an employee.

Assistant Accounting Manager: Person responsible for aiding the Accounting Manager in his/her normal day-to-day activities.

Assistant Traffic Manager: Person responsible for efficiently tracking and physically moving all jobs relevant to his/her assigned accounts throughout the agency.

Awaiting Input: One of five Task statuses typically found within a Workback Schedule.

Back Button (Browser Back Button): Navigational button located within your browser that allows you to move backwards through web pages that you've already viewed.

Banner: An untimed Event.

Bar Background Color: Color specified within Site Branding for header bars located throughout the site.

Bar Font Color: Font color specified in Site Branding for header bars located throughout the site.

Billed: Total amount of Expenses and time that has been recorded against a particular job.

Billed in Date Range: Total amount of Expenses and time that has been recorded against a particular job within the specified Date Range.

Billing Contact: Name, address and phone number of the Client contact to whom all accounting issues should be addressed.

Billing Entry: Document which allows users to record invoice information for a particular job including the Date Entered, Invoice Number, Subject, Invoice Amount, and Comments.

Billing History: Document composed of one or more Billing Entries which allows users to view invoice information for a particular job including the actual Invoice Number, Subject, Amount, and any additional Comments.

Billout: Formal electronic closing of a completed project and the delivery of an invoice to the Client.

Branding (Site Branding): Logo, colors, fonts, etc. specific to your agency.

Brand/Market [Broadcast, Print Media Detail]: Identification of the Client's product within a given market.

Brand/Mkt. [Dub Information Sheet]: Specific details related to each Spot #.

Broadcast Insertion Order: Document outlining the Brand/Market, Demographic, Insertion Number, Station, Daypart, Day, Time, Program, Length, Total Units, Cost, Total Cost, and Station Comments of the respective portion of the media buy.

Broadcast Media Detail (Detail): Document outlining the Brand/Market, target Demographic, Station(s), Daypart, Day, Time, Program, and Total Units, GRPs, 000s, Cost, and CPP for a particular job, as well as CPM.

Broadcast Summary: Document outlining the Station(s), air date(s), Total Units, and dollar figures associated with a broadcast media buy.

Browse: Button that allows users to search for the various files to be posted within either the Client Spec Sheet or Client Interface.

Browser Back Button (Back Button): Navigational button located within your browser that allows you to move backwards through web pages that you've already viewed.

Budget: Amount of money agreed upon by the Client and the agency for the execution of the project.

Budgetary Considerations: Financial monetary restrictions mandated by the Client.

Budget Remaining: Amount of money remaining in the original Budget.

Budget Summary: Overview of such items as Budget Amount, Time to Date, Expenses to Date and the various percentages of each remaining for the project.

Bulk Permit: Prepaid postage account number used for mailings.

Calendar: Application that allows users to schedule Events and to keep better track of their personal Tasks.

cc: [Add Event]: Employees that you are simply making aware of your proposed Event.

cc: [(re)cc?]: Field that allows you to enter one or more recipients whom you'd like to receive notification via their Messages box.

Change Order: Detailed report of the additions and modifications that need to be made to existing creative.

Circular Insertion Order: Document outlining the Publication, Ad Title/Version, Position, Targeting, and more of the respective portion of the media buy.

Circular Media Detail: Document outlining the Publication, IO#, Targeting, Ad Title/Version, Position, and more, for a circular.

Circular Summary: Document outlining the Publication(s), insertion date(s), Qty. and dollar figures associated with a circular insertion.

Client Address Book: One of three on line phone bookds that contains contact names, addresses and numbers and is viewable by everyone.

Client Contact Report: Comprehensive client meeting overview that contains such information as the date, location and attendees of the meeting, a detailed summary of project objectives, target audience demographics, and a target delivery date.

Client Description: Brief overview of the Client found within the Client Spec Sheet.

Client Feedback: Comments that are submitted via the Client Interface and reside with the Document's Folder of the Job Number through which they were submitted.

Client Folders: Series of folders that contain all Active and Sleeping jobs, as well as their associated documents, sorted by Client.

Client Identifier (Identifier): Alphanumeric code used to identify a Client.

Client Interface: An extranet that allows Clients and Vendors access to project artwork from an outside source for on line Feedback and approval.

Client is: Sub-item of the Job Number Search that allows you to search for a specific job by narrowing your search to only one Client's folder.

Client List: Alphabetical list of all Clients.

Client Log In: Unique User Name necessary for entering the Client Interface.

Client Logo: A distinctive sign or trademark.

Client Mark-up Rate (Mark-up): Mark-up percentage for products and services performed by the agency over a project's lifecycle.

Client Password: Unique Password necessary for entering the Client Interface.

Clients & Jobs: Electronic folder containing all work presently being done as well as Sleeping jobs that are finished and archived, and a folder containing retired Client information.

Client Spec Sheet: Brief on line overview of the Client containing such information as mailing, billing and URL addresses, logo PMS and bulk mail permit numbers.

Client View: Button indicating whether you would like the Client to be made aware of the Event.

Closed Job (Sleeping Job): Completed or on-hold job that has been removed from the Active area.

Code Rate: Dollar figure associated with its corresponding Work Code.

Code (Work Code(s)): An alphanumeric code that's used to organize billings by each agency department for specific Tasks.

Col: The number of columns that the advertisement encompasses.

Collateral Materials: Projects that are not classified as newspaper, magazine, television, radio, public relations, or Internet (e.g. banners, buttons, counter cards, flyers).

Comments (Notes): Field that allows you to outline any additional thoughts that might not otherwise be included in the form.

Completed [Agency Time Detail]: Status indicating whether or not an employee has marked his/her Time Sheet Complete.

Completed [Complete Jobs List]: Date on which the highest Task listed was marked Completed and which falls within the date range specified.

Completed [Date]: Field that allows you to specify the date upon which a Task was completed.

Completed [Expense Report]: Status indicating an employee has marked his/her Expense Report form Complete.

Completed [Personal To-Do List]: Status indicating an Item is finished.

Copy: Written document resulting from the processing of a conceptualization.

Copywriter: Person responsible for the text behind the production of advertising.

Corporate Address: The main address for the Client.

Cost Per Period: The cost of the outdoor board ad being posted, per period (e.g. 3 x $500).

Cost (Total Cost): Expense associated with one broadcast spot.

Count: The number of Purchase Orders forms, employee reimbursements and employee mileage claims that have been filed against the job.

CPI: The cost per column inch of the respective newspaper or magazine advertisement.

CPM: Total cost divided by gross impressions expressed in thousands (000s).

CPP (Total CPP): Total Cost divided by Gross Rating Points (GRPs).

Created: Field that allows you to search for documents by narrowing your search to a specified date range.

Created By: Field that allows you to search for a specific document by narrowing your search to only one employee's name.

Creative Director: Person responsible for the overall supervision of the agency's creative product in terms of both design and copy.

Creative Documents: Art, copy, audio and video files that have been posted so that Clients or media outlets may download and view them as well as provide Feedback.

Creative Folder: Sub-folder found within each respective job folder that contains art, copy, audio and video documents that have been posted so that clients and/or media outlets may download and view them as well as provide Feedback.

Creative Search: One of three main areas of the Advanced Search feature.

Critical Details: Things that need to be done, when they need doing and who needs to do them.

Critical Path (Project Lifecycle): Beginning, interim and delivery dates carefully established when a project enters your agency.

Daily Calendar: Overview of Events, Tasks and To-Do List items for an employee for the date indicated.

Daily Time Report: Time Sheet report that allows agency principals and other employees with Special Access to view the amount of time that's been recorded for a particular date.

Date Entered: Actual date upon which you're entering Invoice information within a Billing Entry.

Date Expected: Date upon which you expect materials to actually be delivered to the address indicated.

Date From [Agency Time Detail]: Beginning date from which you would like to view employees' recorded time.

Date From [Work Code Summary]: Beginning date from which you would like to view recorded time for the Work Code(s) listed.

Date Ordered: Date upon which you made the actual purchase of materials.

Date To [Agency Time Detail]: Ending date up to which you would like to view employees' recorded time.

Date To [Work Code Summary]: Ending date up to which you would like to view recorded time for the Work Code(s) listed.

Day: Day(s) of the week to which the numbers listed apply (e.g. Mon - Wed, Thu, etc.).

Daypart: Time period to which the numbers listed apply (e.g. AM, PM or Mid-day).

Days to Run: Field containing the specific days of the week upon which the advertisement is to appear (e.g. Mon, Thu, Sun, etc.) within the corresponding Week to Run.

Delivery Address: Destination to which freight will be sent.

Delivery Contact: Name of the individual to be contacted when verifying the receipt of freight shipments.

Demographic: Target audience qualifier (i.e. age, income, etc.).

Depth: Vertical dimension of the advertisement being placed.

Description [Client]: Brief overview of the Client.

Description [Expanded Time Detail]: Brief overview of the time increment being reflected.

Description [Item]: Brief overview of the item(s) being estimated (e.g. 5.5 X 8.5 black on bright orange 60# text stock).

Description [Time Sheet]: Brief overview of the line item being recorded.

Destination: Delivery address to which freight will be sent.

Detail (Broadcast Media Detail): Document outlining the Brand/Market, target Demographic, Station(s), Daypart, Day, Time, Program, Total Units, and GRPs for a particular job, as well as CPM, 000s, Cost, and CPP.

Details [Personal To-Do List]: Pop-up box that allows you to outline any additional comments associated with a particular line item.

Details [Vendor]: Locator and contact information for a particular vendor.

Detail Totals: Respective column total for all stations listed.

Digital Insertion Order: Document outlining the Insertion Number, Vendor, Targeting, dates, Impressions, and more of the respective portion of the media buy.

Digital Media Detail: Document outlining the Vendor(s), IO#, Targeting, due dates, Impressions, and more for a particular job.

Digital Summary: Document outlining the Vendor(s), rotation date(s), Impressions, dollar figures, and more associated with a digital media buy.

Disclaimer: Statement outlining your agency's stance on the delivery of goods and/or services.

Documents Folder: Folder containing all documents associated with the respective job.

Documents Search: One of the three main areas of the Advanced Search feature.

Drop Ship Charges: Costs that are attributed to product shipment from one vendor to multiple recipients.

Dub Information Sheet: Form used for the formal solicitation of reproduced audio or video elements.

Due: Date set by either the Client, account service team or Traffic Manager for the completion of a specific Task.

Edit [Document]: Interface through which a document's creator may make changes.

Edit [Employee]: Process of adding, removing or changing an employee's information or Status.

Edit [Job]: Interface through which the Traffic Manager may modify a job's Number, Status, Title, and Budget amount.

Edit [Personal To-Do List]: Interface through which an employee may mark Personal To-Do List items complete or remove them.

Edit [Quicklinks]: Interface through which an employee may remove indicated Quicklinks.

Edit this Report: Option indicating you'd like to save the changes you've made to a Broadcast or Print Media Detail by overwriting the previously entered information.

Edit [Time Sheets]: Interface through which an employee may add or remove line items from his/her Time Sheet.

Electronic Output: Conversion of a printed piece to a PDF file.

Employee Address Book: One of three on line phone books found within CurrentTrack.

Employee Contact Information: Information used to reach an employee outside of work (e.g. home address and phone).

Employee Status: Term indicating that an employee is either Here or Gone.

End Date: Date backwards from which you would like a Workback Schedule to be constructed using the selected Template.

End Time: Time at which the proposed Event is scheduled to end.

Estimate: Rough idea or breakdown of what an agency expects to bill a Client for a completed job.

Event: Planned meeting or activity.

Expand: Link that allows you to view Descriptions associated with each of the Time Sheet line items listed.

Expanded Time Detail: Report that allows agency principals and other employees with Special Access to view the Description information associated with Time Sheet line items for a given date range.

Expense Breakdown: A detailed listing of all Purchase Orders, Employee Reimbursements and Employee Mileage claims that have been filed against the respective job.

Expense Report (Reimbursement Form): Form used to reimburse employees for their out-of-pocket expenses.

Expenses Gross: Amount of Expenses, including commission or Markup, to be paid by the Client.

Expenses to Date: Sum of all Purchase Order forms, Employee Reimbursements and Employee Mileage claims that have been recorded against the respective job to date.

Extension: Employee's specific phone line number.

Extra Costs: The total cost for additions to the respective individual newspaper or magazine advertisement (e.g. spot color).

Extranet: Intranet accessible to authorized users with a valid User Name and Password.

Feedback: Link that allows both Clients and guests to submit their comments regarding a posted item.

File: Art, copy, audio or video document uploaded to a Creative Folder so Clients or media vendors may download and view them as well as provide Feedback.

File Format: The form in which an art, copy, audio or video document that you wish to upload to a job's Creative Folder has been saved (e.g. .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf).

Financial Report: Comprehensive form showing up-to-the-minute budgeted vs. actual costs.

Financial Report Summary: Application used to monitor the overall budgets of Clients' jobs (both Active and Sleeping) versus their incurred expenses (i.e. time, mileage, purchases) for a given year.

Finish: Button that instructs CurrentTrack to stop searching for misspellings within the respective document section.

Flat: A charge that's the same in all cases, not varying in proportion with something (e.g. "cost of the ad is $300 flat").

Full Name: First and last name of the employee.

Gone: One of two Statuses assigned to an employee within CurrentTrack.

Grand Total: Dollar figure including all time and expenses that have been recorded against the respective job.

Gross Billable: Amount, including commission or Markup, that can be billed to the Client.

Gross [Broadcast Media Detail]: Amount, including commission or Markup, to be paid by the Client.

Gross Expense: Total of Net Expenses (i.e. Purchase Orders, mileage and media) multiplied by the Markup rate indicated in the Client(s) Spec Sheet(s).

Gross [Financial Report]: Total amount of income or receipts before any deductions such as taxes or expenses.

Gross Income: Total Billed minus Net Expenses for the respective job.

Gross Income Report: Report used to monitor Gross Income by date range and Client, as well as by Job and Media Types.

Gross Total: Total of Expenses (i.e. Purchase Orders, mileage, media) multiplied by the Markup rate indicated in Client(s) Spec Sheet(s) + time.

Group: Work Code with which a Sub-item should be associated.

GRPs (Total GRPs): Reach multiplied by frequency.

Guests: Employees formally invited to your proposed Event.

Has Extensions: Sub-item of the Creative Search that allows you to search for a specific creative file by a specific file format (e.g. .jpeg, .PDF, .MP3, etc.).

Here: One of two Statuses assigned to an employee within CurrentTrack.

Hire Date [Agency]: Specific date on which the Client offered employment to the agency for labor or services.

Hire Date [Employee]: Specific date on which the company offered employment to the individual for labor or services.

Hours [Agency Time Detail]: Total number of Hours recorded for the date range and # of Jobs indicated.

Hours/Cost: Breakdown showing the number of Hours worked or at what cost if the item has been Outsourced.

Hours [Expanded Time Sheet Detail]: Total number of Hours recorded by an employee against the Job indicated.

Identifier (Client Identifier): Alphanumeric unique to a particular client.

Ignore: Button that instructs CurrentTrack to skip the term that was Not Found within its dictionary.

Ignore All: Button that instructs CurrentTrack to skip all instances of the term that was Not Found within its dictionary.

Illumination: Nighttime lighting of an advertising message on an outdoor board, usually from dusk until midnight (Y/N).

Impressions: In the context of online advertising, when an ad is fetched from its source and is countable.

In: Number of inches the advertisement encompasses.

Incomplete: Status indicating a specific Time Sheet has not yet been marked Complete.

Insertion Number [Broadcast Insertion Order]: Number assigned to a specific Station.

Insertion Number [Print Insertion Order]: Number assigned to a specific Publication.

Insertion Order [Broadcast Insertion Order]: Document outlining the Daypart, Day, Time, Program, weeks, and Total Units and Cost for a particular Station.

Insertion Order [Print Insertion Order]: Document outlining the Issue, Title, Width, Depth, overall Size, and Rate information for a particular publication.

Insertions: Scheduled newspaper or magazine run dates.

Interactive Developer: Person responsible for creating and programming web projects and executing Internet strategies for brand creation and maintenance, product marketing, promotions, information transfer and technical support.

Interactive Media Director: Person who supervises the planning, implementation, tracking and analysis of all interactive advertising and marketing produced for the agency and its clients.

Intranet: Network based on TCP/IP protocols belonging to an organization, accessible only by the organization's members, employees, or others with authorization.

Invitations: Events to which you've been invited and have not yet agreed to attend.

Invoice: Bill for products and services that is sent by an agency to a specific Client.

Invoice Amount: Actual dollar figure associated with the Invoice.

Invoice Matched: Checkbox indicating an Invoice has been received from the vendor that "matches" the respective P.O.

Invoice Number: Sequential number associated with a particular bill for products and services.

Issue: Specific newspaper or magazine version in which the advertisement is to appear.

Item: Particular thing among a group or list of things that you plan to estimate.

Job Folder (Project Folder): Electronic folder that contains all pertinent information.

Job Jacket: Folder that contains hard copies of all documents that are pertinent to a particular job.

Job (Job Number): Numerical code given to a project.

Job Number [Add Event]: Number(s) with which you would like the Event to be associated.

Job Number (Job): Numerical code given to a project.

Job Number Search: One of the three main areas of the Advanced Search feature.

Job Status: Classification indicating whether the job is Active (currently being executed) or Sleeping (completed or on hold).

Job Title: Sub-item of Job Number Search that allows you to search for a specific job according to Keyword criteria (i.e. contains all of, contains at least one of, etc.).

Job Type: The form of the project (e.g. newspaper ad, brochure, button)

Job Type is: A sub-item of Job Number Search that allows you to search for specific jobs that are of the same Type (i.e. Newspaper, Outdoor, PR/Marketing, Magazine Media).

Job Year is: Field that allows you to search for jobs that were created within the indicated year.

Keywords [Add Vendor]: Terms that enable you to quickly find a specific type of vendor via the Advanced Search feature.

Keywords [Advanced Search, Creative]: A sub-item of Creative Search that allows you to search for a specific creative file according to criteria (i.e. contains all of, contains at least one of, etc.)

Keywords [Advanced Search, Vendor]: A sub-item of Vendor Search that allows you to search for a vendor according to specific criteria (i.e. contains all of, contains at least one of, etc.).

Keywords [Upload Creative]: Terms specified when uploading art, copy, audio, and video files so that Clients or media outlets may download and view them.

Late Time Sheets: Time Sheets that have not yet been marked Complete by the next working day.

Location: Place at which the Event is scheduled to occur (e.g. in-house, at the Client's office, etc.) or the outdoor board ad will appear (e.g. Hwy. 64E).

Log In Name (User Name): Unique user identifier that allows access to CurrentTrack.

Log In Screen: Area through which users and guests enter.

Logo: Distinctive sign or trademark.

Log Out: Link through which you end your CurrentTrack session.

Lots: The number of item groups you plan to estimate (e.g. quantities of 1500/2500/5000 = 3 Lots).

Main Folders: Series of main navigation folders located on the left-hand side of the screen.

Main Link Color: Hexadecimal color specified in Site Branding.

Manage [Contact Reports]: Process whereby the Traffic Manager electronically associates a Client Contact Report with all relevant jobs.

Manage [Employees]: Process whereby the Traffic Manager may add, remove or change an employee's information or Status.

Manage [Permissions](Permissions Management): Process whereby the Traffic Manager assigns or revokes an employee's access to various CurrentTrack features.

Manage [Purchase Orders]: Process whereby a member of the Accounting Department sorts Purchase Order (P.O.) information.

Manage [Tasks]: Process whereby the Traffic Manager adds, deletes, moves and marks complete Tasks within a job's Workback Schedule.

Manage Tasks Form: Editable form within which the Traffic Manager adds, deletes, moves and marks complete Tasks in a job's Workback Schedule.

Manage [Work Code Items]: Process whereby the system administrator may add, delete and move individual Work Codes and their Sub-Items within CurrentTrack.

Margin: Profit total (Gross Income or total Billed minus direct Expenses) divided by total Billed (e.g. Billed $48,504.12, Gross Income $34,844.28 = 71.8% Margin).

Marked Task Options: Additional Application Options found within the editable Workback Schedule which allow the Traffic Manager to delete or move a marked Task or series of Tasks to another job as needed.

Market: Identification of the Client's product within a given market.

Mark-up (Client Mark-up Rate): Percentage for products and services performed by the agency over a project's lifecycle.

Master Task List: List of all Working Tasks sorted by Responsible employee.

Media Buyer: Person responsible for providing assistance to the Media Director in the research, planning and placement of all Client projects.

Media Commission: Amount of money paid to the purchaser of the media time or representative of the Client (e.g. 15% = 15).

Media Coordinator: Person who provides support and follow-up to the Media Director for all Client inquiries and is responsible for establishing and maintaining goodwill and working relationships with the media supplier base.

Media Director: Person responsible for the planning and use of media.

Media Gross: Amount, including commission or Markup, to be paid by the Client.

Media Net: Amount, excluding commission or Markup, to be paid to the media outlet.

Media Type: Media form of the project (e.g. Newspaper, Magazine, Television, etc.).

Medium: Format of the dubs being produced (e.g. CD, MP3, Beta, etc.).

Meeting Summary: Overview of minutes, Budgetary Considerations and Critical Details that are discussed during a particular meeting.

Messages: System-generated notification system that resides within CurrentTrack.

Mileage Rate: Standard rate paid to employees for use of a personal vehicle for business purposes.

Miles: Field within the Expense Report form that includes a number attributed to distance traveled for Client or agency services.

Modified: One aspect of CurrentTrack's auditing system.

Monthly Calendar: Overview of Events and Tasks for the employee for the month indicated (e.g. October 2003, November 2003, etc.)

Printer Friendly [Forms]: Alternative versions of CurrentTrack's various forms, Printer Friendly forms remove such things as navigation and address bars and place the document's content in a form that can be shared with the Client.
